We want you to have a comfortable and delightful shopping experience with Shea butter XO and we’d like to ensure all your doubts with regards to our Shipping and Returns policies have been wiped off before you place an order with us. In order to do so, we jotted down the most common “Hows” and answered them for you…

How long does it take for my order to reach me? 

We process all orders within 2-3 business days. Under normal circumstances, the orders are delivered within 3 – 5 business days. However, there could be a delay in delivery based on unforeseen conditions such as extreme weather or in case of public holidays and long weekends.

Please note that we do not process orders on weekends and public holidays.

How can I track my order? 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your order details and a tracking number. You can email us with the subject line “Track My Order” and we shall respond within 24 hours business with an update. 

How much does it cost to ship my order? 

The shipping charges for standard and expedited deliveries are as follows…

  • Delivery of orders over $50 – No Charge
  • Delivery of orders under $50 – $15 flat rate

How do I pay for my order? 

We accept all major cards including Mastercard, Visa and American Express. You can also pay via Paypal and/or Google Pay.

Please note that we do not accept Cash On Delivery. 

How do I cancel my order? 

To cancel an order, kindly email us at sheabutterxo@outlook.com with “Cancel My Order” as your subject line. Your request will be processed within 24 hours. However, once paid for, an order can only be cancelled within 24 hours from the time it has been placed. We are unable to accept cancellations once the order has been processed. 

How do I update my Shipping Address?

After placing an order, if you wish to change your shipping address, please drop us an email at sheabutterxo@outlook.com with “Change My Address” as your subject line. Your request will be processed within the next 24 hours and you will receive a confirmation email for the same. 

Kindly note that your shipping address can only be updated if your order hasn’t already been dispatched. Once dispatched, your order will be delivered at the original address you provided. 

How do I return a product?

We would like nothing more than for you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return a product, you can do so for a full refund within 7 days from the date of delivery. The item/s being returned should be unused and in their original packaging along with the payment receipt.

Shea butter XO will not be responsible for the return shipping and any cost associated with it.

On returning a purchase above $75 that came with no shipping charge, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refundable amount. If you return an order partially and the item/s you choose to keep are less than $75, a shipping charge will be levied and deducted from your refundable amount.

Any product/s purchased on sale will only be refunded with store credit with any applicable deductions.

How long does it take for me to receive a refund/store credit? 

You will receive a refund via the payment method you opted for within 3-5 business days from the date we receive the return package. However, Shea butter XO is not responsible for any banking delays that might occur due to public holidays, long weekends or any unforeseen reasons.

In case of store credit, you shall receive it as a gift card via email within 1-2 business days from the date we receive the return package. 

How can I exchange a product? 

If you wish to exchange a product, you can return the product you received for a refund or store credit and place a fresh order for the new product/s you want. Please read our return and refund policy for more details.

How do I get an order shipped outside Canada?

Currently, we ship orders within Canada and USA.
